SANSAR aims to promote awareness within the South Asian community of their heightened risk for cardiovascular disease by hosting risk assessment screening clinics. At a SANSAR screening clinic, our team of healthcare professionals and trained volunteers conduct screening tests to assess individual risk factors and then provide personalized risk factor counseling. Each person having their risk assessment completed at a SANSAR screening clinic receives a Healthy Heart Passport that provides a detailed explanation of the risk factors as well as outlines the individual's assessment results. 

SANSAR has been hosting clinics at various well-attended South Asian-centric events such as TD South Asian Mosaic Festival in Mississauga, ON.
